We extend this invitation for you to join Alighten as a member in our private network. The benefit of being in the Private Domain allows you to invite others to be a member when associating with you. In this way, your rights are protected by privately contracting because both parties are acknowledging they are voluntarily entering into a private exchange. This provides a firewall of privacy and autonomy between you and government agencies with less vulnerability in the marketplace.
To set up your family for a home-learning pod (accessing resources from the Alighten Education Team), one parent can sign up to become a Full Member.
To become a full member, fill out the application below and a contribution of a renewable annual donation of $100.
With full membership, you receive discounts on Alighten events, workshops, community groups, as well as being able to offer your talents, knowledge and be of service to other members in the Private Domain through the Alighten Ministry. You can then invite others to join with a temporary -Provisional or Associate Membership to receive your services by including their membership in your sign-up process and share a contribution of $25 year for each member-client. They may upgrade their membership to offer their services to the community, join our events, retreats and centers of learning.
This is a great network building opportunity for your community and ours! As you can see, the expanding offerings create rings of involvement that will benefit and educate your program members as well as those you interact with. We hope you will consider joining us in operating our business in the Private Domain.
When you want your clients to become member-clients at the associate level, we recommend that you become a full member to do so. This is perfect for practitioners of individual healing practices, for families seeking to homeschool in the Private Domain, and for community members participating in a community.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
As I become a member of Alighten, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Alighten’s purpose is furthering the upliftment, enlightenment, spiritual realization, and general welfare of people throughout the world, the betterment of life on planet Earth, and other spiritual, humanitarian, and beneficent purposes.
2. Alighten is a creation of free beings who associate with each other in the private domain according to their ministry and talents.
3. Alighten is a platform of members conducts all manner of private speech and business with the association, members, and other associations to keep all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections thereof.
4. Alighten is a private, unincorporated ministry that operates outside the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives, as protected by law.
5. Alighten lawfully stands on the authority of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America, the various Constitutions of the several States of the Union, the Canadian Bill of Rights and Freedoms and declarations of self-sovereignty in sacred texts.
6. Members claim the right to freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather in association to assert our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
7. I hereby declare that I am exercising my right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Canadian Bill of Rights and Freedoms. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law.
8. Members claim the right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our Creator, our Almighty God, Nature and Nature’s God, and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
9. Members declare the basic right or all our members to decide for themselves which Association member(s) qualify to provide them wise counsel and advice concerning all matters, including but not limited to, physical, spiritual, healthcare, law, and any other matter, and may contract for counsel, advice, services, etc. they believe assist their ministry through Alighten.
10. Members have the freedom to choose and perform for themselves the types of therapies and treatments deemed best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose any types of assistance in lawful matters and any other private business activity.
11. Alighten will recognize any natural living man or woman (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who has joined this Association or any social media group which is organized, created or managed by this Association and agreed to the terms of membership as a “member”, providing said person has not been sanctioned, excised, or otherwise removed by Alighten.
12. I understand that, since Alighten is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the Association Members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the Member for the benefit of The Association and its Members. By agreeing to this membership form, I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.
13. I agree to join Alighten, a Private Ministerial Association under common law for private members, rather than statutory law or regulatory law, which are creations of public government for the public.
14. In my relations as a member, I voluntarily change my capacity from that of a public person to that of a Private Member.
15. My activities within Alighten are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I agree not to pursue legal action against a fellow member of Alighten, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil and upon the recommendation and approval of Alighten.
16. I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not, and will not while a member, represent any Local, State, Provincial/Territorial or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services in the Public Domain, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time. I will not misrepresent myself as being a member beyond the term of my membership. I understand that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing behavior towards any other Member of The Association.
17. Alighten’s trustees, or their designee, may, at any time, terminate my membership should they conclude I am interacting with them or other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of Alighten.
18. I agree to a liability waiver for ceremonies and retreats. I agree to not prosecute or bring charges against the landowner.
19. These pages consist of the entire agreement for membership in Alighten.
20. I agree this contract began on the date of my joining Alighten. I declare that by joining Alighten, attending Alighten events and/or Alighten’s websites and/or social media group(s), I have carefully read this document and I understand and agree with it.
